Gardens
The gardens are shaped by a design philosophy rooted in long-term care, community stewardship, and respect for plants as living systems. Each garden space reflects a thoughtful balance of design and ecology, where beauty, habitat, and public access grow together over time.
Guided by the vision of James Johnson, the horticultural expertise of Richard Haugland, and coordinated through the leadership of Volunteer Coordinator Linda Dahl, the gardens have evolved through decades of hands-on work by dedicated volunteers.
